Constant quality
We draw up detailed, personalised specifications in which the level of quality to be attained is defined contractually with you.
In this way, the cost of the service is modulated based on requirements that you have established beforehand.

Confidentiality
Our confidentiality clauses apply at several levels. As soon as the documents are dematerialised, the information is divided so as to prevent any possible identification. A contractual confidentiality commitment is established with each Fedaso employee.

Ongoing help
At the beginning, we are able, if necessary, to help you design the documents to be captured (example: use of boxes or scrapers with a sufficient number of boxes according to the countries).
We simplify your efforts and we support you, from receipt of the document to the transmission of the file, without increasing the number of participants.

With regard to our employees
